A Special PEN Networking Dinner Experience

Dining at Le Cordon Bleu Sunway is always a special experience, but when the graduating cuisine students take over the kitchen, it becomes even more memorable. As part of their final showcase, these aspiring chefs presented a 3-course dinner experience that allowed guests to enjoy world-class flavors while witnessing the precision and artistry that Le Cordon Bleu is known for.
The Ambience
Held at Espace André Cointreau on the 5th floor of Le Cordon Bleu Sunway’s North Building, the dining hall was transformed into a refined fine dining space. Elegant white table settings, sparkling glassware, and vibrant royal blue chairs created a modern yet classy atmosphere — the perfect backdrop for an evening of culinary artistry.
The Culinary Journey

For only RM100 per person, the menu was thoughtfully curated with multiple choices for each course.
- Mise en Bouche: Crispy chicken wings to awaken the appetite.
- Starters: From indulgent Crab Bisque to refreshing Scallops Ceviche & Guacamole, and even vegetarian options like Shiitake Tortellini with Cajun Popcorn & Salsa.
- Main Courses: Highlights included the hearty Beef Bourguignon, delicate Grilled Salmon Steak with Tarrago & Calamansi Sauce, and the rich Duck Leg Confit. Each dish showcased classical French techniques paired with creative flavor twists.
- Desserts: Choices such as Cinnamon & Lemon Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Mousse, and Apple Tart with Chantilly Cream ended the night on a sweet note.
Every plate reflected the students’ hard work, passion, and mastery of technique. Guests weren’t just dining, they were witnessing the next generation of chefs in action.
A Special Networking Edition with ProfitMAX Entrepreneurs Network (PEN)
This year, the dinner was made even more unique through a collaboration between Le Cordon Bleu Malaysia and ProfitMAX Entrepreneurs Network (PEN) on 20 August 2025.
Unlike a typical showcase dinner, this edition brought together food lovers, entrepreneurs, and business professionals for an evening of culinary delight and meaningful networking. With only 10 seats available, it was an intimate gathering where guests not only supported the talented student chefs but also enjoyed the chance to connect, collaborate, and explore opportunities within the PEN community.
The conversations flowed as easily as the courses — a reminder that food has the power to bring people together in the most genuine way.
